SetupUAE.ai is an AI-powered UAE business setup comparison tool that helps entrepreneurs and businesses evaluate free zone, mainland, and offshore jurisdictions for company formation in the United Arab Emirates. Our services include:

• AI-generated comparison reports across 54 UAE jurisdictions
• Free comparison reports with top 3 jurisdiction recommendations
• Premium comparison reports with enhanced analysis and detailed guidance
• AI chat assistant for business setup questions
• PDF export of comparison reports in 15 languages
• Real rental data integration for office cost estimates

3. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate business setup comparisons, recommendations, and advisory content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or tax advice
• There is no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated information
• Costs, timelines, regulations, and requirements cited by the AI are estimates based on publicly available data and may differ from actual current figures
• AI recommendations should be independently verified with licensed professionals before making business decisions
• SetupUAE.ai is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of SetupUAE.ai, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in surveys and forms
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to UAE business setup research
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform or its AI systems
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform without authorization
• Not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit reports or content without written permission
• Independently verify all information before relying on it for business decisions

5. Premium Reports

SetupUAE.ai offers Premium Reports as a paid service. By purchasing a Premium Report, you agree to the following:

• Pricing: Premium Reports are priced at AED 349 as a one-time payment per comparison
• Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information
• Delivery: Premium Reports are generated automatically after successful payment and delivered via email with a unique access link
• Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of AI-generated digital content, all Premium Report purchases are final and non-refundable once the report has been generated
• Access: Your Premium Report is accessible via a unique, token-gated URL. You are responsible for keeping this link secure
• Content: Premium Reports provide enhanced analysis including 5 jurisdiction recommendations, document checklists, banking guidance, 5-year cost projections, and nationality-specific advice. All content remains AI-generated estimates

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, code, logos, trademarks, and branding on SetupUAE.ai are the exclusive property of SetupUAE.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or its content without our prior written consent. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or internal business use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• SetupUAE.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• In no event shall SetupUAE.ai, its owners, operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SetupUAE.ai, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts at any time.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the platform after modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.
